    About CTBL

    The Center for Technology Based Learning serves as the learning management system operating hub, reporting to the university MANCOM officials, with a director on duty who manages and handles the center’s daily operations, working closely with the Office of the President, the Center for Information Technology, and the Deans and Directors to support the LMS end-users’ day-to-day activity.
